About our hosts:
The host is crucial for getting the crowd involved. As such, we keep the night as simple as possible and avoid using expensive and complicated audio visual equipment. The majority of our hosts have an acting, singing or radio background. They are entertaining as well as very organised and professional. We want our trivia night to be fun and to run smoothly and efficiently.

What you do:
1.Book and organise Venue (tables, chairs etc)
2. Gather prizes
3. Arrange microphone & CD player
4. Ladder Board (optional)
5. Help the host on the night with marking, fundraising games etc
What we do:
1. Host the trivia function
2. Provide trivia questions
3. Run games for fundraising or fun
4. Can also run or coordinate a raffle and auction
5. Consult and help plan the night
On the Night:
The host arrives with the questions. They control all aspects of the function including the scoring and marking. However, if you would like the host to run games or novelties between the rounds it helps if you can provide markers. |
