Trivia Dating - where Speed Dating and Trivia hook up!

Legends Trivia has developed an exciting new concept, Trivia Dating. It combines features of a traditional quiz night and speed dating.

A Trivia Dating function is a great way for singles to meet. Unlike a blind date or speed dating, it's a very non-threatening and fun night.

Icebreaker:

You get to meet people in a very relaxed and fun environment where the quiz questions are designed to prompt conversation and give you an opportunity to find common interests. The questions and team environment provide an ideal icebreaker for you to meet other singles.

Other games and novelty events are also a fun way to prompt interaction.

Format:

Like a regular quiz night, Trivia Dating is very simple.

Teams:
- Players form teams of 3-5 people of the same sex (a group of friends perhaps).
- The girls are allocated a particular table, where they remain for the duration
- The guys teams change tables at the end of every round (this is how you meet others)

Scoring:
- Each table consists of one girls team and one guys team, who work together for the round
- Both teams keep the score for the round. Thus, if the table scores 7/10 then both teams take this score to the next round.
- The highest scoring guys and girls team plays off at the end of four rounds to determine the overall winner.
- Teams can earn bonus points from games and other novelties

Cancellation Policy:

- If you can't make the function for whatever reason your entry fee is fully transferrable to another Trivia Dating event (for 12 months). Alternatively, if you cancel more than two weeks before the function you can receive a 50% refund.

- If there are less than 10 people for the night we will provide a refund or free ticket to another Trivia Dating function.
